Position Overview

Crossroads Treatment Centers is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity and inclusion. Since 2005, we have been providing accessible, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder across multiple states. Our outpatient clinics aim to prevent overdose deaths and promote long-term recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients, receiving payments, and supporting daily operations.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and offer a high-quality experience to patients.
  • Guide new patients through their intake process.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
  • Maintain financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for patient intake.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support.
  • Manage patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration experience preferred.
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus.
Schedule and Travel

Flexibility to support weekends and evenings is required. The role involves 37-40 hours per week and travel to multiple locations in PA.
