We provide accessible, evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) options to combat the opioid epidemic and support recovery. Our outpatient clinics are located across several states, serving over 26,500 patients. We are dedicated to improving access to treatment for all.

Day in the Life of a Front Office Assistant
  • Provide excellent customer service, check-in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients and offer a “white glove” experience.
  • Guide new patients through their intake process.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
  • Maintain daily financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for patient intakes.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support.
  • Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus.
Hours, Schedule, and Travel

Flexibility to support weekends and evenings. Expected hours are 37-40 hours per week. The primary location is Feasterville, with potential travel to Kensington.

  • Mondays, 8 am - 4 pm
  • Wednesdays, 8 am - 4 pm
  • Thursdays, 8 am - 4 pm
  • Fridays, 11 am - 6 pm
  • Saturdays, 7 am - 3 pm
