Our clinics provide accessible, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to combat the opioid epidemic and support long-term recovery. We serve over 26,500 patients across multiple states, with outpatient, office-based clinics.

Day in the Life of a Front Office Assistant
  • Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients, receiving payments, and supporting daily operations.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and offer a high-quality experience.
  • Guide new patients through their intake process.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
  • Maintain financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical staff for patient intakes.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support.
  • Manage patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration experience preferred.
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus.
Hours, Schedule, and Travel

Flexibility to support weekends and evenings. Expected hours are 36-40 per week. Travel between Meadville and Clarion may be required.

  • Tuesday 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM (Franklin)
  • Wednesday 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM (Farrell)
  • Thursday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM (Greenville)
  • Friday 12:15 PM - 6:30 PM (Farrell)
  • Saturday 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM (Farrell)
