As Front Office staff you will:
Administrative Duties:
  1. Greet families at the front window and answer phones with care.
  2. Assist families and therapists with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments using Practice Perfect.
  3. Maintain company standards by enforcing our attendance policies.
  4. Communicate well with other departments to gather information (authorizations, scheduling, billing, etc).
  5. Utilize many websites and portals to obtain insurance information for families.
  6. Collaborate with other team members including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Audiology, and Administrative Staff.
  7. Attend trainings and meetings set by your Clinical Director, Supervisor, or Company Owner.
  8. Actively communicate by email through Microsoft Outlook.
  9. Utilize our payroll system to report time worked and request time off.
  10. Ensure our clinics are neat and tidy.
  11. Abide by all company Policies & Procedures.
  12. Assume other projects and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
  2. Must be able to read small print.
  3. Must be able to interact verbally with children, caregivers, and the public.
  4. Must be able to type on a keyboard.
  5. Must be able to answer telephones.
  6. Must be able to sweep/mop and perform general cleaning duties.
