Job Description: Front Office Night Audit Agent at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is located in the renowned Deer Valley ski resort, approximately 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. This hotel is part of a new development featuring 17 ski lifts, around 1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with approximately 1,350 rooms, about 250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the world's largest "ski beaches".

The hotel offers 436 luxury accommodations, including 381 guest rooms and 55 residential units. Facilities include approximately 30,000 square feet of versatile indoor meeting space, a lobby-level 3-meal restaurant and bar, a signature bar, pool and après-ski bar and grill, coffee bistro, large outdoor event terrace, pool, three whirlpools, kids club, and fitness area.

Position Overview: Front Office Night Audit Agent

This role involves working the overnight shift, responsible for guest registration, communicating hotel services and promotions, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries. It is a highly visible position that directly impacts the guest experience, offering opportunities for casual interaction and engagement. Prior experience as a front desk agent or interest in hotel clerk roles is preferred.
