Peregrine Hospitality in Durham, NC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, register them, handle payments and provide information about local attractions and hotel services.
The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a customer‑focused approach. Flex shifts are required to meet business needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
Education: High School diploma or GED equivalence
Experience: 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
Additional: Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.
The minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently
