What You'll Do

As the first person clients and visitors interact with when visiting our office, the Front Office Administrator will be the face of the firm and plays a vital role in providing a polished client experience. You will report to the Director of Operations and will manage all front-desk responsibilities, overseeing certain aspects of daily office operations, and support the them with a variety of administrative tasks. #LI-Onsite

  • Warmly greet clients, guests, and vendors upon arrival and ensure they are comfortably seated and attended to.
  • Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and field inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and common spaces.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking items proactively.
  • Oversee kitchen and hospitality areas, including keeping the fridge stocked, coffee/tea bar replenished, and supplies organized.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Coordinate with vendors (cleaning service, building management, etc.) to support smooth office operations.
  • Provide general administrative support to Managing Partner and Director of Operations
  • Primary scheduler for managing partner.

  • Friendliness with the ability to remain composed under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
