Viva Chicken in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Front of the House Team Member at Park Rd. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, and help keep service flowing with warm, energetic hospitality.

We value teamwork, reliability, cleanliness, and food safety. Competitive hourly pay ($13–$16), immediate training, free meals, daily pay options, and opportunities to grow in a welcoming, respectful environment.

Front of the House Team Member - Park Rd

Whether you’re greeting guests at the register, keeping orders moving, delivering food with pride, or maintaining a clean and inviting dining room, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Viva Chicken experience to life.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment guests walk in until they leave

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and a guest-first mindset
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Team players who show up reliable, ready, and supportive
• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Ability to bend, stand, balance, and carry items throughout a shift
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate
• Must be at least 16 years old
