Responsibilities

• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and wear a body worn camera.
• Support store teams and loss prevention to ensure safety and brand protection.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Refer customer requests to management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
