Responsibilities

• Care for every guest and teammate in your shop.
• Greet guests warmly and guide their experience.
• Operate the POS with accuracy and efficiency.
• Run food and drinks while delivering courageous hospitality.
• Keep front line, lobby, patio, and bathrooms clean and stocked.
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and dietary details.
• Follow all food safety and handling standards.
• Open, maintain, and close the front of house area.
