Chick-fil-A is seeking Team Members to deliver a signature dining experience in a friendly, fast-paced setting. Team Members support an independent Owner/Operator and help guests feel welcome while upholding Chick-fil-A’s service standards.

Responsibilities include smiling, making eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, and building emotional connections with guests. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adaptability in a busy restaurant environment.
