Job summary

Chick-fil-A Bishops Corner in West Hartford is hiring Front of House Team Members to join a fast-paced, hospitality-focused restaurant. We offer full-time and part-time positions with day shifts (7:00 AM–2:00 PM) or (8:00 AM–3:00 PM) and a culture that emphasizes service, teamwork, and growth.

You will train from within, uphold Chick-fil-A's Core 4 values, and enjoy perks such as paid training, advancement opportunities, flexible hours, and Sunday closures.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening, mid-shift or closing tasks as assigned.
• Keep assigned work area neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stock inventory as needed.
• Assist guests and Team Members with hospitality and service.

Front of House (FOH) Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time
• Day Shift ( 7:00 AM- 2:00 PM ) or ( 8:00 AM- 3:00 PM )

Front of House Team Members fill key roles in the restaurant. Our team is responsible for giving our guests a “REMARK”able experience, whether in our dining room or a pick up order to win the hearts of our guest at every visit. No experience is necessary.

You must be a minimum age of 16+ years old to apply for this job. You must be available to work at least 3 days per week and available to work most Fridays and Saturdays.We have an incredible work environment and a great group of team members that work together daily to serve our guests in the West Hartford and surrounding communities.
