Chick-fil-A Capitol Hill East is seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver a remarkable guest experience in a fast-paced, friendly setting. No prior experience is required, and you will join a team dedicated to hospitality, teamwork, and personal development.

As a Team Member, you will work at the walk-up and drive-thru, take and bag orders with speed, stock and clean as needed, and ensure quick, high-quality service while upholding Chick-fil-A's values and culture.

Qualifications

• No experience required in hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver quick, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a remarkable experience by working as a team to deliver the quickest, highest quality personalized service.

Responsibilities

Serve Guests

• Provides guests with a remarkable experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality personalized experience possible
• Uses the Core 4 in every interaction: creates eye contact; shares a smile; speaks with a friendly tone; always says “My Pleasure”
• Provides 2nd mile service to our guests and one another
• Is available to work every other Saturday

Execute position responsibilities

• Operates cash registers at the walk-up and drive thru
• Takes and bags orders with speed and accuracy
• Looks for opportunities to stock and clean to maintain a productive workstation
• Keeps restaurant clean at all times, including floors
• Strives for quality and consistency in every aspect of their work, demonstrates enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality to all
• Serves guests quickly and efficiently in the drive-thru
