Chick-fil-A is hiring Front of House Team Members for our San Marcos locations near Texas State University. Interviews and onboarding will be at the existing San Marcos Chick-fil-A restaurants until the new location opens.

Team Members deliver signature Chick-fil-A service with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic interactions, in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules with Sundays closed are available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, attentive service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to learn Chick-fil-A procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests, build eye contact, speak enthusiastically.
