Job summary

Chick-fil-A Central Riverside is seeking a Front of House Team Member to welcome guests and deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume restaurant.

You will take orders, serve food, keep the dining area clean, and connect with guests to create an exceptional experience. Availability on Saturdays and holidays is expected, with at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Taking guest orders with accuracy

• Communicating effectively with guests, fellow team members and leadership
• Adhering to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times

Job description

Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our restaurant and are the first step in providing outstanding service and hospitality to our guests. The Front of House Team Member's responsibility is to continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive exceptional service and quality food.

Work Schedule Requirements:

• Available to work Saturdays
• Available to work on holidays
• Availability is a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Availability given at time of hire may not be altered for 90 days
