Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Alabama is seeking Team Members to deliver a consistently friendly, fast, and high-quality dining experience. You will work directly for an independent Owner/Operator and help guests have a signature Chick-fil-A experience.

Front of House Team Members handle smiling, eye contact, enthusiastic communication, and teamwork. This role emphasizes flexibility, reliable schedule availability (including Saturdays), and a positive attitude while supporting leaders and learning growth
