Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greeting guests, taking orders accurately, processing payments, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

• Food & Beverage Preparation: Preparing orders, assembling food items, making drinks, and ensuring quality standards.

• Operational Tasks: Working various stations, such as the front counter, mobile station, or dining room.

• Restaurant Maintenance: Cleaning the dining room, restrooms, and other areas; sweeping and mopping floors; and removing trash.

• Stocking & Organization: Restocking condiment stands, cups, and other supplies.

• Health & Safety: Observing and adhering to health and sanitation guidelines and food safety procedures.

• Teamwork & Culture: Communicating effectively with team members and leadership, supporting the restaurant's brand and values, and consistently demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude.
