Role Overview:

Front of House (FOH) Team Members are key to our success. They prepare orders, assemble toasts, smoothies, and bowls, and ensure efficient service. FOH team members manage customer flow, take orders, process transactions, and prioritize tickets for quick service.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders using the POS system, confirm details, and handle dine-in or to-go requests.
• Prepare smoothies, bowls, and toasts according to tickets, maintaining quality and presentation.
• Answer phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
• Clean stations, tables, and bathrooms regularly.
• Restock disposables, bowls, cups, and merchandise as needed.
• Follow instructions from Shift Leaders or Managers for prep and service.
• Assist Back of House tasks such as cleaning, trash, and deliveries as needed.
• Work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction.
