Job summary

CoffeeCo in Lancaster County is seeking a friendly Cashier/Barista to welcome guests and craft quality beverages. You’ll follow our signature recipes, handle payments, and ensure a clean, organized space.

No prior experience required—training available. This role offers growth opportunities toward becoming a cafe team member with ongoing training, a supportive environment, and employee discounts on coffee and food.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food/beverage experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train passionate individuals.
• A friendly and energetic personality that shines when helping customers.
