Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred, not required.
• Willingness to learn and rotate across multiple front-of-house roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the table promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation.
• Support bar service by running drinks, restocking supplies, and assisting bartenders as a bar liaison.
• Polish glassware, flatware, and service items to maintain presentation standards.
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables promptly between guests.
• Greet, seat, and manage the flow of guests as a host when needed.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure well-paced service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and work collaboratively as part of the team during high-volume, fast-paced shifts.
