Job Description

The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability of operations. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency among staff.
  • Maintain control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to operational standards.
  • Regularly audit service and quality.
  • Follow all standards and tracking procedures daily.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Supervise teamwork and service regularly.
  • Manage employee issues professionally, adhering to company policies.
  • Support and implement training programs to improve service, revenue, and morale.
  • Assist in employee reviews and manage performance issues.
  • Ensure accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures.
  • Maintain staffing levels according to guidelines and adjust daily based on business needs.
  • Train all employees on safety, health, and sanitation standards.
