Job summary

The Front of House Supervisor at Lulu's Kitchen in Southwest Florida will lead daily FOH operations, guiding dining room, drive-thru, and take-out teams under the General Manager, ensuring fast, accurate service and outstanding hospitality.

You will uphold ServSafe standards, train staff, and maintain a welcoming guest environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills, while adapting to peak periods and non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school degree or equivalent.
• Two+ years in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with drive-thru, barista or quick-service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room operations and support take-out and drive-thru services.
• Lead FOH team members during shifts with a focus on guest experience and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and service standards; ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage cash handling and register procedures per policy.
• Train staff on procedures and menu knowledge; provide hospitality coaching.
• Monitor service timing and guest engagement, adjust as needed.
