We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR position.

Location: LPL Financial - 1055 LPL Way, Fort Mill, SC 29715. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous supervisory experience is required.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  2. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  3. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  4. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
  5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
