Chick-fil-A Lionville is seeking an FOH Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest-focused opening or closing. This role champions our values, guides team members toward excellence, and upskills the FOH crew to deliver exceptional service every shift.

The position requires English fluency, knowledge of safety standards, and the ability to manage schedules while maintaining high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of FOH policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to lead, coach and encourage others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to accountability for restaurant resources during shifts.
• Cross-training across all FOH roles and at least 2 BOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH operations for opening/closing while safeguarding assets.
• Ensure policy compliance to maintain care, safety and service standards.
• Own cash handling and change replenishment during shifts.
• Apply discounts per policy for employee breaks and guest discounts.
