Job Summary

Summary: Manages the operations of concession stands and performs various duties to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of multiple concession stands, assist team members, and maintain a safe environment during operating hours.
• Greet, direct, and respond to guest questions and needs.
• Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing.
• Ensure proper product control, inventory, and equipment handling.
• Follow cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
