Responsible for supporting the day to day food and beverage operations as they relate to the casino. Manages the staff, products and services, and financial results through consistent training and development of the team. Provides leadership to supervise and motivate a wide range of food and beverage personnel. Ensures excellent guest service while establishing safe alcohol service.
