Job summary

Chick-fil-A Bloomington is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to lead daily guest service and dining room operations. You will engage with guests, ensure the dining area is clean and stocked, and support the register and drive-thru team after training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
• Availability to close (until 11:30 PM or Midnight) and weekdays

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in the dining room while delivering their food.
• Keep dining area well stocked and clean.
• Assist guests at the register and participate in drive-thru responsibilities after training.

A typical day at Bloomington Chick-fil-A would entail engaging with guests in thedining room as you’re delivering their food, ensuring the dining area is well stockedand cleaned, and assisting guests at the register. Once Team Members have been fullytrained in on register, we begin to train them on drive thru responsibility includinghead-set, making desserts, and window.
