Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a hands-on leader to guide a dynamic team at our Alpharetta location. You will drive performance targets, coach staff, and ensure service excellence across departments while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest experience, and timely reporting on metrics to support operational success. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
