Chick-fil-A Rogers is hiring Front of House Team Members to deliver friendly, Guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

You will smile, maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make emotional connections with guests while upholding our brand values. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible hours include Saturdays and both part-time and full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance.
• Cheerful, positive attitude with strong customer focus.
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Works well independently and in a team; adaptable and dependable.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including Saturdays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move 20-40 lbs.
• Reads/writes English; Spanish is a bonus.
