FRONT OF HOUSE SHIFT ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to front-of-house operations, primarily in guest-facing areas and the quality coordinating alley.
• Greet and seat guests, deliver food and beverages, and assist staff with restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
• Support quality coordination of food stations and ensure service standards are upheld.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork to deliver a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
