Job summary

The Club at Pradera by Arcis Golf in Parker, CO is hiring Front of House team members for our newly renovated restaurant opening in September. This versatile role blends hosting, food running, table maintenance, and expediting to ensure exceptional service from arrival to departure.

We value hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. Pay ranges $12.14–$26.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling, dining privileges, and training opportunities as part of joining our growing food & beverage

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Aged 17+ and eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments.
• Escort guests to tables and explain club amenities and dining features.
• Assist with answering phones and member inquiries.
• Deliver water, beverages, and food items to servers.
• Monitor dining areas and anticipate guest needs.
• Clear and reset tables according to club standards.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and organization.
• Polish glassware and diningware; assist with setup.
• Coordinate service flow between kitchen and dining room.
• Work with servers, bartenders, cooks, and management.
• Open/close and perform side work duties.
• Uphold club service standards and policies.
