Job summary

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Team Members to support guest service, order taking, and station coverage across Cashier, Host, Expo and Floor/Runner roles. You will help run food, buss tables, and plate dishes while delivering a hospitable guest experience.

The team participates in a tip pool and a bi-weekly pay cycle. We offer a variety of benefits and a growth path within a lively, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience taking orders and guiding guests through the menu.
• Ability to work across stations such as Cashier, Host, Expo and Floor/Runner.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and guide them through the menu.
• Run food, bussing tables and assist with plating.
• Work across Front of House stations as needed.
• Maintain guest relations and ensure a hospitable experience.
