Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Front of House Restaurant Manager with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-of-house operations, a deep understanding of hospitality standards, and a proven track record of driving operational success in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain efficient service flow and resolve any operational challenges.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management, contributing to the establishment's profitability.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff, promoting career growth within the company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-of-house management within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and guests.
- In-depth knowledge of front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and guest services.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic financial management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Manager Certificate.
- Solminer Level 1 or higher (preferred).
- Proficiency with Resy and Toast.
- Long or Steady Tenureship at current or past position.
