Job summary

Newk’s Eatery is seeking a Front Of House Hourly Partner who will ensure guests have a positive experience and support the restaurant team in achieving sales goals. This role emphasizes guest service, compliance with NEWK’s standards, and a safe, sanitary work environment.

The position can be full‑time or part‑time and offers benefits eligibility, plus opportunities to grow with a people‑oriented brand. Strong communication and POS knowledge are valued for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications and guest service skills.
• High School diploma preferred (college a plus).
• Knowledge of a Point of Sale System (Preferably Aloha).
• At least six months restaurant service experience; or other customer service industries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all NEWK’s guests receive a positive NEWK’s Experience.
• Assist the restaurant team in achieving planned sales.
• Perform all responsibilities and tasks of the position according to NEWK’s standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence.
• Helps to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and a high quality work environment.
