Job Title: Front of House Manager

Compensation: $65,000$80,000 annually

Overview:

A critically acclaimed New American restaurant in Charleston is looking for a Front of House Manager to join their tight-knit team. The restaurant is led by award-winning chef-owners and features a technique-driven kitchen with a constantly evolving menu.

This is a great opportunity to lead warm, approachable service in a refined setting, while working with a thoughtfully curated, eclectic wine list thats a true standout in the citys vibrant dining scene.

As the chef-owners gear up for their next project, youll play a key role in shaping the guest experience at a concept that values hospitality, creativity, and community.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily FOH operations, ensuring smooth service and warm, attentive hospitality
  • Support, train, and inspire a seasoned service team
  • Oversee floor management, guest relations, and reservation flow
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and ownership to align service with culinary vision
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance
  • Contribute to wine list knowledge, pairing suggestions, and service education

Qualifications:
