Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Orange, CA is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the Server, Host, and Bartender teams and to execute daily operations with excellence. Each FOH Manager has an Area of Responsibility and focuses on one of the three teams, guiding the front-of-house staff to deliver legendary guest experiences.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with CSP/SOPs, ServSafe Alcohol and HACCP standards, training initiatives, coaching staff, controlling labor and food costs, and

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and health codes.
• Experience supervising restaurant staff.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shift execution and compliance with CSP/SOPs.
• Lead and coach Server, Host, and Bartender teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards (ServSafe/HACCP).
• Control labor and food costs and drive sales performance.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
