We are seeking a Front of House Manager with strong beverage knowledge who is passionate about guest experience, team leadership, and creating a warm, elevated dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver polished, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

  • Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth execution and a seamless guest experience.

  • Utilize strong beverage knowledge to guide staff on wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings—including rare and allocated selections.

  • Assist with beverage program execution, menu updates, and wine/cocktail training alongside the Beverage Operations team.

  • Maintain a high level of floor presence—greeting guests, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence.

  • Train and mentor hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff to uphold service and beverage standards.

  • Monitor reservations, seating flow, and pacing of service.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team on ongoing improvements and staff development.
