Uno Mas Tex Mex is looking for an ambitious, service-driven leader to join our management team as a Front of House Manager. This is the perfect role for someone currently working as a shift lead or key manager and ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant (Key Manager, Shift Lead, or similar).
- Texas Food Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain before start date).
- Able to lead opening or closing shifts independently.
- Weekend and evening availability.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
Preferred But Not Required:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Formal education in hospitality or business.
- More than 2 to 3 years at a job within the past 5 years. (Highly Preferred).

- Support daily operations of the front of house.
- Lead and motivate the service team.
- Uphold Uno Mas service standards and culture.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service flow.
- Collaborate with senior managers to meet goals.
