Uno Mas Tex Mex is looking for an ambitious, service-driven leader to join our management team as a Front of House Manager. This is the perfect role for someone currently working as a shift lead or key manager and ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

Located in the heart of Downtown Dallas, Uno Mas is known for high-energy vibes, scratch-made favorites, and unforgettable guest experiences. We’re passionate about hospitality and looking for someone who shares that same fire.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant (Key Manager, Shift Lead, or similar).
  • Texas Food Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain before start date).
  • Able to lead opening or closing shifts independently.
  • Weekend and evening availability.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
Preferred But Not Required:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • Formal education in hospitality or business.
  • More than 2 to 3 years at a job within the past 5 years. (Highly Preferred).

  • Support daily operations of the front of house.
