Job summary

Momofuku Las Vegas, located in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, seeks an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee service and training for FOH team members. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure operations align with Momofuku's standards and corporate directives, while actively engaging with guests and staff from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant management in a high-volume, upscale to fine dining restaurant.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification.
• Experience with Micros, Tripleseat, and Resy is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Calm under pressure with ability to resolve guest conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper flow of service while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Perform administrative tasks including financial reports, scheduling, facilities maintenance, and Health Department checks.
• Conduct daily and ongoing comprehensive education for FOH team members.
• Ensure all team members are trained and follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Update all printed and digital menu materials including POS system as needed.
• Assist in executing new restaurant initiatives and service protocols through staff training.
• Interact with guests to ensure service and food quality; cultivate guest return business.
• Support service team by troubleshooting escalated guest issues and leading guest recovery.
