Job description

CookNSolo, the Philadelphia hospitality group behind celebrated restaurants such as Zahav, Laser Wolf, Dizengoff, Goldie, K'Far, Jaffa Bar, and Lilah Events, is hiring a front-of-house manager to join our growing team. We seek an experienced candidate to be part of our dedicated staff. This person will join a management team committed to creating a safe and caring environment for staff, enabling them to extend that care to our guests.

The Front of House Manager is expected to:

  1. Work closely with other FOH and kitchen managers to oversee service, train staff, communicate with the kitchen team, and handle administrative tasks.
  2. Have a desire to learn, a strong sense of empathy & hospitality, enjoy interacting with people, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Lead by example at all times.
  4. Touch all tables and connect with guests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and address any negative impressions.
  5. Ensure product quality and service standards are maintained at all times.
  6. Collaborate with the management team, corporate team, and ownership to develop and execute restaurant priorities.
  7. Help hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff effectively, taking corrective action as necessary, in a timely manner and according to company policy.

Starting salary is $60,000+, based on experience.
