Unidine in Eau Claire, WI is hiring immediately for a full-time FOH Lead Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations. This role requires prior supervisory and front-of-house experience, with hours that vary and a pay range of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. You will lead a team, ensure service standards, and partner with culinary staff to deliver excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior front-of-house and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
