Qualifications

• Two years of previous front-of-house experience is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors food service operation to ensure top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality standards are met, and operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, ensuring signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
