Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking a Front of House Lead Supervisor for a full-time role at our Seattle location. You will oversee daily guest service operations, mentor staff, and ensure top quality products and service.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A valid Food Handler's card is required. Pay ranges from $27.00 to $29.00 per hour, with competitive benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler's card.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing and ensures signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
