FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (DATA ASSISTANT) (FULL TIME)

• We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (DATA ASSISTANT)position.
• Location: 700 Bellevue Way, Bellevue, WA 98004. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous Microsoft Excel and data entry experience is required.
• Additional Job Duties:
  • Maintain operational databases and ensure accuracy and alignment across spreadsheets, online menus, ordering platforms, and related systems.
  • Coordinate vendor information and communications, including weekly menus and schedules, shared inbox monitoring, confirmations, and recordkeeping.
  • Support data and operational needs, including meal quality and portion audits, compliance documentation, vendor deliveries, and additional Data Manager support as assigned.
• Pay Range: $26.00 per hour to$30.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
