We are hiring immediately for a full-time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Thomas Aquinas College - 10000 North Ojai Road, Santa Paula, CA 93060. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Sunday through Saturday. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior fast-paced front of house and catering experience preferred.

Pay Range: $23.50 to $24.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
2. Ensures staff is on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
3. Monitors marketing, confirming signage is current and appropriate.
4. Upholds policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.
