Flik Independent School Dining is seeking a Front of House Lead Supervisor in San Francisco. This full-time role supports a fast-paced school dining operation, ensuring top-notch service and smooth front-of-house processes.

Ideal candidates will have front-of-house experience and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with varying hours and eligibility for location-wide benefits including meals and uniforms.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
