Flik Independent School Dining is hiring for both full-time and part-time Shift Supervisor positions at Robert Louis Stevenson School in Pebble Beach, CA. You will direct a team during a shift, ensure policy adherence, and manage scheduling and training.

The role requires leadership and a ServSafe certificate preferred; compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits for full-time associates, including meals and uniform services.

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: Robert Louis Stevenson School - 3152 Forest Lake Road, Pebble Beach, CA 93953. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Monday through Sunday, hours may vary. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous ServSafe certificate preferred.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
