Eurest at the Chevron Richmond Technology Center in Richmond, CA is hiring a Front of House Lead Supervisor for a full-time role. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm, with a starting pay of $28.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

The Pantry Lead supports the daily operations of pantry services by maintaining a clean, organized, and adequately stocked environment in accordance with applicable food safety and sanitation requirements, company policies, and client standards. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, coordinating product replenishment, maintaining product presentation, and supporting the delivery of hospitality and workplace amenity services. The Pantry Lead collaborates with site management and service teams to promote consistent service quality, address operational concerns, and maintain an orderly, customer-focused environment. This role contributes to efficient daily operations and a positive guest experience within a corporate dining and workplace amenities program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
