Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Front of House Lead Supervisor at the Alaska Airlines Training Center in Seatac, WA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm. Previous lead and barista experience required, with internal employee referral bonus available.

The role entails supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring quality and cleanliness, and enforcing company and client standards. Full benefits and a comprehensive compensation package are provided.
