Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a Front of House Lead Supervisor in New York, NY for a full-time role. You will monitor the FOH operation, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service and dining experiences.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of FOH supervisory experience, can lift up to 25 pounds, and will support a team that delivers excellent guest service. Competitive pay rate is $25.00 per hour with meal and uniform benefits at select locations.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
